Brittani Scott, hailing from Edmond, OK, is a dedicated ethical vegan, along with her family, and a co-founder of REV Fest. Her commitment to veganism is deeply rooted in her love for animals. This commitment is reflected in REV Fest, a completely non-profit event sustained entirely by volunteer efforts.

In addition to her work with REV Fest, Brittani has volunteered with Vegan Outreach to help organize the 2024 Vegan Chef Challenge in Oklahoma City. On Sundays, she volunteers at Oliver and Friends Farm Rescue and Sanctuary, where she assists in caring for the animals.

She also organizes monthly meetups through the Red Earth Vegan group at rotating restaurants with plant-based meal options for the vegan and vegan-curious communities.

Saturdays are spent at the OKC Farmer's Market, where she and her daughter help at her best friend's 1 More Bite booth, featuring an all-vegan bakery. Brittani and Courtenay, the owner of 1 More Bite and Brittani's favorite human, share a deep passion for food, which inspired them to bring REV Fest to life.
